We are a church in re-development. That means we are re-assessing every aspect of the church from the ground up! It also means that we have pushed "pause" on the normal leadership structure and are training and equipping future leaders in the short term.
In the absence of our Typical Euler structure we have assembled an Advisory team to work with the Senior Pastor as he engages the CMA District leaders. The Advisory team is currently in the process of searching for a Senior Pastor for RAC. In the meantime, we have a pastor acting in a pulpit fill role each Sunday.

I grew up in a Christian home and attended church all of my life. I received Christ as my savior when I was 5 years old and was baptized later that year. When I was in high school I asked Jesus for reassurance of my salvation and rededicated my life to Him. As a young adult I struggled with my faith for a few years. God showed me through conviction and His Word that I was His child and needed to trust in Him and get my life back on track. I have been actively serving through the local church for about a decade now. His grace and strength is all sufficient!
My husband Brent and I have four amazing children: Emily – 16; Jaxson – 13; Bella – 7; and Logan – 2.
One of my main spiritual influences has been Shawn Van De Mark, who was my youth pastor as a child. We then had the opportunity to work together in the church office and on the youth staff. He and his wife, Debbie, are still mentors and friend to this day. Another influence has been my friend, Jessica Bemis. She loves God and points me toward His Word and His ways continuously.
I have attended at RAC since 1985. I have served in various positions including Sunday School Teacher, Christian Education Chairman, Elder and Governing Board Chairman.
I have been married to Lisa since 1981. We have 2 children: Caitlyn (29) & Grace (25).
I received Jesus as my Savior as a young boy in summer camp. I was further nurtured in my walk with the Lord as I grew up attending a small church in Southern Oregon. Though I had some ups and downs, I continued to grow in my understanding of and relationship with the Savior through 6 years in the Navy and a career in Nuclear Power. Though retired from work, I continue to learn and grow in Christ.
I enjoy old movies where the hero exhibits integrity and courage. I was born on the island of Ponape, in Micronesia.
My Grandfather was a pastor in various Free Methodist churches throughout Oregon. When I was 4 years old, he and Grandma came to live with us after they retired. Each of these two had a profound effect on me and my Spiritual walk.

I received Jesus as my Savior when I was 30 years old after developing a personal relationship with a strong Christian family. They invited me to a revival at their Independent Baptist church and Jesus came into my life. Ever since, no matter where we have lived, I have been a committed church attendee striving to grow and learn in my personal walk with the Lord. He has blessed me throughout my life.
The influence of the Jones family who led me to the Lord has been the most significant spiritual influence in my life. Without them I may not have ever come to know Christ as my Savior. In the many years since that turning point, I have been helped to grow spiritually by many individuals, too numerous to name.
